6 am. Tempo FS and BS 8x3 at 135
WOD. 10 ring rows 10 push ups 15 squats each in on the mon for 15. No failed rds

6 pm. Press practice off 531 calculator
5 rds
35 lb dumbbell full squat clean thruster x 7 then 10 pull ups. About 8 mon. Harder than it sounded.
