Um...NO on the wearing makeup for the sweaty photo shoot. Gross.

And regarding today's WOD...let's just say that overhead squats at 6 in the morning are a complete exercise in frustration. WOD time: 13:02 -- but only used 65# for the weight and FAILED several of the OHS -- had to substitute 45# for about half of them. Guess I know what I need to keep working on at least...

Then 7 rounds of "strange" at 4 pm. Only 1.0 pood. 47 min
