There will be no instructor for the 6pm soooo you get options
WOD #1
Run 5k, Wildhorse loop around DAC is 5k ( can you finish sub 25 min?)
or 
WOD #2
"Murph"
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups 
300 Squats
Run 1 mile
~pullups, pushups, squats may be done in any order/ratio (my favorite is to split squats and pullups until pullups are done and then finish squats with pushups)
