21, 15, 9 snatches (@ 55#) and ring-dips-in-training. Time was 9:56. Also 8x3 tempo front squats (@ 75#) & back squats (4 @ 75# ; 4 @ 85#). Oh and then 50 GHD situps (faster than Greg) 😊

21, 15, 9 snatches (@ 55#) and ring-dips-in-training. Time was 9:56. Also 8x3 tempo front squats (@ 75#) & back squats (4 @ 75# ; 4 @ 85#). Oh and then 50 GHD situps (faster than Greg) 😊
